Exchanges and returns

You have a reflection period of 14 days in order to decide whether you want to keep your purchase from our online store. If you are not satisfied then you can either return or exchange your purchase.

Returning or exchanging your product is easy.

Every single purchased product could be returned or exchanged by clicking the “Request for Return” button, which you will find within the My Account page on our website. Within 24 hrs you will receive an email in which we ask you to download the free Shipping Label and instructions. Stick the Shipping Label on the parcel and seal the parcel at your best. Bring the parcel to your local postoffice and send the parcel for free (or if preferred then you can also send the parcel by any other courier, on your own expenses and responsability to 2PR).

Please note that you must have returned your purchased item within 14 days to us after the order date. If we receive the return later than 14 days after the order date then we will not refund the return!

Free exchange is limited to one exchange for the same product in another size. Please do place another order in the right size in case you want to exchange the wrong size. Send the wrong size in return as written above. In case of exchange we will not charge an administrative fee for the wrong size and the full refund will be paid immediately after receipt of the wrong size.

If you would like to exchange an item for another model, brand or product the mentioned return policy below will apply and not the one above!

For returning orders within the Netherlands we will charge an administrative fee of 15 euro.
For returning orders within the European Union we will charge an administrative fee of 25 euro.

Refund deducted with the administrative fee is refunded immediately after receipt of the return.

Please note that we have different conditions about our sale items. Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
